I was just going by what the breeder told me this is her 1/2 sister that I was told was a black bay. So would she be called?

I would just call her a bay at this point.

ETA when I posted that ^^^ the pic wasn't showing, I thought you were referring to your filly. That pic is really to tiny to see much color-wise other than she is has some form of agouti (what makes bay and brown)

Blerg. And looking at your post now there are two pics. Not sure what is going on. Only the little bitty one was what I saw before. *sigh* Going with the big pic, she is just bay.

He is a black he is owned by dan walthers and here is his web site can't find a pic of the stud on there.

Sire isn't throwing the bays/browns then. That comes from the mares.
