Definitely is, can't wait until I can begin training with her. Won't be to much longer, its only been a month since we have had her and she is already looking so much better.

Well, its close to that time once more. Here in about a week I will be posting pictures for the two month period that we have had our rescue. Our vet has been out numerious times since I lasted posted and each time was astonished at her weight gain. Though sadly she is back on antibiotics and bio.. something... to help with her soft stools and still rather large stomach. Though her ribs and hip bones are almost no longer visage and her back bone has almost filled back up with muscle and fat. Its good to see a horse in her condition go from bad to good in a matter of two months.

It's good and infuriating at the same time when it is something so simple to make her life better. How could anyone think that they don't need to bother feeding a living thing!! You are doing such an amazing job with her and I can't wait to see more after pictures

Thank you, I have been lucky to be able to help her. She is actually an amazing horse, makes me want to go out and save more though I know I can't and I need to focus on Lena. Though sadly I just found out that the guy who did this has recieved one of the horses back. It kind of makes me mad that he did get one back, though there are people keeping a close eye on him.

Also, the bay foal that still is a mystery if it was Lena's or not has found herself a home. The woman who I bought Lena from has bought her which is a very good thing. With her size I don't think anyone would have bought her and did anything with her. The woman recently found out that instead of being 6 months old she is 9 months old and looks like a 2 month old. That is how bad she was malnourished. The only think that probably saved her was the milk from Lena after the foal's mother died.

These are not new pictures, they are old except for the late May one, it was taken today which was her first ground training session.
