Oh Y Not-Opinions

I am wondering what your opinion is on this gorgeous stallion. I thought he was pretty nice.

Uhm ... honestly, I am not sure. His conformation looks nice from what I can tell. Interesting color pattern too. But, his eyes totally freak me out. So since that's not a big-time flaw but a personal opinion it means absolutely nothing LOL

If you're looking at him for your mare you need to make sure she is frame negative.

It's a big, BIG turn off that there are no conformation pics of him publicly available...

I think he is cute :) But of course no confo pics doesn't make it easy to pick out flaws. Is he frame or sabino or both? I like his eyes personally...

I'd want to know his status for HYPP, OLWS, HERDA, GBD, all of the genetic nasties before I would even consider him for a breeding to one of my mares. If the owner has not tested or will not disclose then NO, wouldn't touch him.

There is something I don't like about his legs.

To me, that first picture looks like he toes out a LOT. But then I wasn't sure if the striped hooves were making an illusion of that or not.

It struck me that he toes out too. I'm just such a stickler for the genetic stuff that I won't even look at the confo shots until I have that information.

Understand completely. I should know better than to not mention that stuff. I kind of forget that people might not remember to check on that stuff and I shouldn't! Don't ya know I saw an add the other day for someone selling a QH stallion that was HYPP N/H.
