    They advertise his pedigree since this colt was shown as a yearling, probably not as a 2 year old (at least not that they say), he is coming 3 years old this year. If he is going to be used under saddle, he would likely start saddle training this year or next which is typical for Arabians. He is also in Germany from the sounds of it so I wouldn't expect USA competitions in the future if he continues to be shown at all.

    He is very young and still growing/maturing, unproven in the stud pen as well.

    I like that stallion and have no issue with the ApHC allowing arabs as crosses.
    I would not use him but there is a market for his type of horse.
    The breed has been used since the start of the registry to refine the breed.
    Over 40 arabian stallions are listed as foundation sires of the ApHC. In fact I would rather see a appy crossed with an arab than a QH. Shalom

    LOL! I guess I'm just a bit of a purist. I feel about crossing an Appy and an Arab like I did about using a classy Arab mare to produce MULES......DEAR GOD!
