Opinions on possible reining breeding. Good Combination?

Ok folks-a friend of mine has a lovely Shining Spark mare, now 6, reining trained, with some success, altho not shown a lot. She is contemplating breeding to this stud.

THat is the only pic I have of the stud-can get a picture of the mare if that helps, although we are looking mostly at bloodlines.

Mares registered name is Shine and Spin, her lines are on allbreed....

We have heard that the Shining Sparks crossed with the Whiz line is a good combo. True?
