Opinions on quarter horse pedigree

I'm currently looking at buying this mare, whom I have owned before so I know her faults and flaws.

I'm just curious what you think about her pedigree. I never have been good with pedigrees and I'm sure there are people here who know gobs more about certain lines. If I can re-purchase her, I'll most likely breed her in the future as she's a very nice mare.

Here it is:

Wow! From what I know about QH lines, she has an awesome pedigree. She has a really good mix of race bred and cow bred. The ones that really stick out to me are Poco, Dash for Cash and Easy Jet. Those are all really good lines. Are you planning to use her for barrels? If so you will have one heck of a horse. I would breed her for sure too.

She had been started on the pattern before I sold her and I will more than likely get her going again if I can buy her.
She had a nasty turn though. Darn near put your foot in the ground.

She does have an awesome pedigree! And what makes it even better is all those famous horses in her lines are closer than most I see. Like grandparents and great grandparents... This is by far the best pedigree I've seen on here! N id say its probably even better than the horse we had that was worth about $20,000 by the time he was put don... Here's his

That's quite the pedigree.

Based on her pedigree, how much would you pay for her as a riding/broodmare horse?

Yeah, but with that horse it's mostly just the one side. And honestly, it depends really on her own abilities. But for pedigree I'd be willing to say about $4-5,000 personally

I like her lines. They are pretty decent QH lines and not too far back.

I am not one who personally puts all the price in lines, so as far as what she's worth, I'd consider her more valuable for her riding abilities. In my area (Texas), a well papered broodmare that is broke can go anywhere from $1,000 upward to the $4000 range, but the higher up, the more showing they've done.

That's the thing. She hasn't been shown in anything. She's broke but not fancy broke, if you know what I mean. She's mostly sat in a pasture since I've been around her.
I bought her as a green broke 3 year old and I didn't have the knowledge to further so she didn't advance on training for a good year. Now she's 5 and I've been speaking with the land owner where she's at.(long story but he knows and has ridden the horse as much as I have).

She's off at the stockyards for the next two weeks. I don't know if the person is even willing to sell. I'm trying to think of an offer he wouldn't want to refuse.

Also depends on conformation too. What she look like?

She has nice lines but I would not go above $2500 for her at this point in time. IF she has nice conformation that is. I would go higher if she was nicely broke and loping a barrel pattern. Then I can see her at $4000.
