Angry pregnancy after foundering??

A friend of mine is looking at a mare for breeding. This mare foundered a year ago and recovered. Can a mare that has foundered safely be pregnant??

Maybe.

What has the mare produce to want to breed her??

If it is just because she is female, I would say no.

Not worth it.

Then of course there is different levels of founder.

How bad is she???
