Pregnant Donkey Questions

Hi, I have a donkey that is in the last month of her pregnancy. I am only 16 and this is my first experience with foaling, I didn't know she was pregnant when I first got her. Anyway, this morning when I went out to do chores I noticed that she was laying down. I rarely see her laying and when I do she jumps up as soon as she sees me. Today however, she waited until I had the gate open, then she got up rather slowly. After I took her out I noticed that her hips are a lot more prominet all of a sudden and she seems skinnier. I know that these are usually signs of dropping, but she does not have that V-shape to her belly and her vulva is still a fleshy pink. I at first worried that something had happened and she no longer had a live foal, but when I touch her belly I can feel small movements. She isn't appreciating me touching her stomach today or really petting her anywhere but on her head and face, which is odd, she loves a good rub down. I'm hoping that you could help me out with this, and let me know if the more prominent hips is a bad thing. These physical changes have occured since yesterday evening, so it is not that she hasn't been eating that she looks skinnier, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey just a tid bit more info on the situation. Her tummy is a lot rounder now, but her hips are still prominent. I'm thinking that the baby has dropped, but she doesn't have the V shape to her. She leeps trying to wander off and when she got a little spooked from me stepping on some twigs, she took off and started to buck. She nipped at me when I went to check to see if she was bagged up at all, which she isn't and is acting grumpy. Any thoughts on my situation? Any help would be Great!!
