Cool registering a foal

Is it possible to register a foal with an unregistered dam, but registered sire?
In the UK, this is, by the way.

You'd have to check with which ever registary you want to use. Which is it?

KWPN, i've looked on the website and it looks as though foals with unregistered dam's are accepted, but the studbook runs in North america, so would there be an alternate registry in the uk?

I'm fairly sure you can register with the KWPN in the UK as I've seen quite a few youngsters up for sale with KWPN papers here. I think the rules are so long as one parent is registered they can be registered but they receive B papers. I only think this, not entirely sure.

Yeah, I think that's what it said on the website...
I hope so, as i'm planning on putting my mare to a registered dutch warmblood in two seasons. It would just feel like a waste if I couldn't register, as I have high hopes for this match! Even though i'm too sentimental to sell :') I just always want a little bit of Alice in my life :)
Thank youu x
