Is she pregnant?

Hi everyone! LT was in with a stallion in July and she's definitely looking bigger to me! She's not my horse so I can't have her preg tested so I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Just curious to see what some of you think.

Yes, she is a Bashkir Curly! The lady that owns her has a whole stable of curlies and I've been fortunate enough to spend lots of time with them. They are such amazing horses! Yah, I think she's pregnant too. I hope so, as she'll probably stay the summer and I'll get to see her foal.

She is beautiful! I am a big fan of the Curlies. I have two, one Arab X Curly mare and a registered Curly gelding. They are the best breed out there, hands down. It gets me excited to see more Curly people on here. Some people have never even heard of them! Lol Is she a buckskin? Grulla? I am guessing she was bred to a Curly stallion then?

She looks preggers to me, a lot like the two I have right now. I'm expecting foals in April

Yes, I agree! They are the best breed! I love how calm and willing they are. Her owner says she's buckskin - hopefully her baby will be the same! She had a black colt last year. She's definitely bred to a Curly Stallion! I'm attaching a pic of the stallion she's bred to. His name is Winchester and he's a real sweetheart. One of the best stallions I've ever been around!

Wow, what a gourgeous combo. Yeah, she looked like a buckskin, darker. The stallions are usually really easy going and easy keepers (trademark of the breed lol) The baby is sure to be magnificant. Why hasnt she had her vet checked?

She only vet checks some of the horses since she has so many. Last year she had about 20 foals born! Winchester got loose and bred almost all her mares. Then she has another stallion (Irish Draft) that she breeds her Thoughbred mares to. With so many horses I guess she just hopes they are bred most of the time.

Yes, I sure can hardly wait for her baby. It is going to be wonderful I am sure.
