I may be going out on a limb here, but maybe she has a fatty build up in front of her udder? Maybe if you had a closer shot I could see better.

Is she bred to a shetty stud?

Is it soft to the touch? Or it is kinda hard? You may want to call a vet to give her checkup. This close to delivery, the vet could also give advice on what to expect for complications if they feel she has a bit too much "fluff". Well worth the vet bill for some peace of mind ;)

If she is due the first week of February, she should be bagging up (but some mares don't).

Looking forward to seeing her beautiful foal :)
