Ok ALL my horses are broke!! Just not all them are finished in a specific event, they will ALL be sold but 2 so I will have time since I already have time for the two I am keeping, I am breeding this foal to keep for my self! Buy the time this foal is actually old enough to do anything with my life will be nothing but horses! And I will be taking it to school with me where I am going to get a degree in training performance, roping, catting and cattle horses. And after it will come with me for three years of apprenticing with bigger trainers.

Wait, first they aren't broke, not they are and just not finished? Why not just wait until you have sold all of the rest of the horses THEN breed something? You're wanting to go the "inexpensive" way? That is NO way to go when choosing horses for I don't even know what to believe because you've just lied or changed your story about many things.

To be honest my reasoning was irresponsible. I love Spice and I wanted a foal out of her. While I contemplated this for a year or so, I looked at maybe 6 horses but didn't like any of them because I never kept my mind open, because in the back of my head I always had the knawing thought of getting a little Spice mini me. After joining this forum, I have learned so much and for awhile I beat myself up over my stupid decision. And that is exactly what it was a STUPID SELFISH decision. I have no doubt that my foal will be a great horse because thank god, Spice & Spirit have good attitudes, confo, and bloodlines. Not all impeccable and most certainly not up to breed worthy standards, but good enough to produce a quality horse for what I will use it for. I've owned my mistake.
You obviously have no problem selling and swapping your horses... If you bring another mediocre foal into this world it should be YOUR responsibility and in 3 years when another horse you like comes along, are you just going to swap this foal out like you want to do to get Solonos Spice Girl? Seems unfair to me. Theirs a diffrerence betweeen selling and buying horses as business and doing it because you can.

If you go back and read my grade mares thread I say that they are broke just not finished, they are all going to a sale next month so I don't have to worry about them not selling, I have NOT lied to you once! And whats it to you if I go the expensive way. I posted to know if the mare is "worthy" enough I didnt ask about weather or not my situation is good enough for you because you rweally don't know my situation all that well.
So no more about that, only the mare please.

I'd be worried about her knee. But if you NEED a foal right now, buy don't breed. There are too many unwanted horses out there as it is.

Well apparently you DID say none of the others were broke..

Okay, I'll tell you my opinion on the other mare. No, you shouldn't get her. You have already stated you have too many horses and don't have enough time for them all..Adding another horse is ONLY going to give you another mouth to feed and take care of....It would also be irresponsible and incredibly selfish for breeding a mare who is missing a bone in her knee. If she can't be ridden what makes you think she can carry the extra weight and stress being bred will put on her and her body? When it boils down to it and seeing how you can just drop horses at the sale I would say you aren't worthy of her.

I'm NOT trying to be rude, just giving you my opinion about what would be best for you and the mare in question.

Thank you amp..It just irritates me when someone wants to breed for no other reason than wanting a foal and at whatever cost on the horses involved.

I agree, you should have more of a reason to breed than "just because". It'd be one thing if the market was good, there was a shortage of horses and couldn't find one to suit your needs, or something along those lines, but right now there are many many people that should not even be considering breeding considering the bad market and overpopulation of less than stellar horses.

She wants to buy this mare because she'll get a deal on a stud fee.. Who is supposedly a son of Wimpys Little Step, he is also unproven and hasn't ever been shown, but he's pretty..
