    After the Lute & vet visit, I don't think it would be out of line for the BO to give this girl a free month of board, at least.

    I would say get the vet to give the shot, but just keep in mind that occasionally it doesn't take and the mare will still be pregnant so I would get the info for the person who bred her as well as having them pay for the vet.
