1 by far.

#1 & #6 are the only ones that I would consider looking into more. But with Janie being solid, I would not consider #1 because he does not appear to be homozygous. I would not consider anything with out a performance & progeny record. I prefer performance types, so #6 looking more halter to me, I am a bit turned off...but it all depends what you want...I am also not fond of #6 color. The age of many of them is a huge detraction for me. Also, any stallion that is presented in an ad without a well groomed, squared up or performance picture turns me off.

I would keep is nice that you have plenty of time to pick out the perfect stud since you are in no rush to breed.

I have also been looking for the right paint stallion to breed our AQHA mare to in the next couple of years. Two that I have come across (and likely narrowed it down to) are:

Sonnys Amigo Bar
A Tru Rolex (my new favorite, but needs more research)
Both have performance records
Both have good sire records (with offspring with performance records)
Both have pedigrees that I like, with ancestors with performance and sire records
Both have good conformation
Both are of types and pedigrees that would complement my mare well
Both have attractive color and appearance
Both are of good size
Both are Homozygous for Black & Tobiano pattern

I put a lot of time, thought, and research into narrowing it down to a small number of candidate stallions.

The only one I liked in that group was #1. I would keep looking, but like others have said - thankfully you have plenty of time to find the perfect match.

I also like #1 the best but I would also recommend that you continue looking for that "perfect" stud :)

I think I might go with Lucky Two Straws. Love the name lol. He's homozygous and Tabiano.
