...still looking for a stud...

What do you guys think of this one? Of course it would end up costing me 2k by the time it was all said and done... But I really like him...

Wow. very nice. lucky you. I havnt found a stud for my mare and shes an akhal teke... not alot of those..

People have always scared me a bit, you see - they're so complicated. I suppose that's why I prefer horses.

It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the horse bolts!

i think any stud at that farm would be awsome to breed to. A sudden impulse is a good stud himself and Ive seen his offspring in the winners circle...so a grand baby would be super cool. What horse are you going to breed? for a 2010 baby? Super exciting!!

I'm going to breed Beauty. I may wait one more year. She severed that tendon one year ago (this month) and after seeing that post on the other topic, I want to get her looked at again. She has been given the go by 2 different vets but after seeing that post, I want to take her to the experts in West Virginia before making my final decision to breed.

Of course, the more I think of it. Riley is my western pleasure horse. So I should look at English studs huh? Then I would have one of each....

She is out of Top Vantage

She had been bred four times before I got her. We actually just got her because she's beginner safe and my mom wanted a horse... Ri was her 5th and I wanted a WP horse. I saw an add for one of her babies on dreamhorse, it was a 16.1hh sorrel, he was english... I think his name was Hes Stealin the Goods but you just gave me an idea... going to look her prodigy up on AQHA....
