Tuxedos Dreamghost?

Does anyone know that studs dam and sire? I can't find his bloodlines anywhere. He's a registered black and white tobiano paint APHA. I'm going to be purchasing one of his offspring and saw the papers the other day but can't remember anything other than the colts dam and sires name. The only relative I can remember on Tuxedos Dreamghost is Skip Lee. I looked on All Breed Pedigree and found a blank pedigree, that's it. Thanks in advance to anyone that looks! :)
