Something isn't correct then. I'm not a color expert so hopefully one of them will see this and pop in, but if she's bay, she has to carry both black & agouti. She can also carry chestnut, but ........one of the color gurus can explain it much better than I can.

I got what she meant DA. Mare is Ee AA, and I'm actually thinking the mare has brown agouti and not bay agouti based on the picture in the barn.

Yes that's it mare is Ee AA, not sure on the Bay vs Brown scenario, Bay is what was quoted on my colour report but as you guys probably know alot of people call any shade of brown/bay - bay! But my guess would be brown. Here is a better shot of her taken at the start of this year outside if that helps. Her mother is a purebred appaloosa and father a purebred standardbred.66197_3957492184099_1491315944_n.jpg

Shes seems quite happy to hang on to her bump for now. I run out in the morning hoping something has changed and she looks at me like I'm nuts. She was very grumpy yesterday and seems to not eat during the day only when it cools down in the late afternoon. She was not keen on me rubbing her belly yesterday, the last few days she has wanted me to rub her belly and scratch above her tail but yesterday she was all ears back and grumpy about the whole idea. Haha I think I can remember being like that when I was pregnant with my son, Hubby was not allowed to touch me in the last week.

I am starting to feel used haha, she comes up and backs into me as soon as I go near her for a rump scratch.
