I'm going to go with something gaited, and either TB or QH...QH's can be pretty long and lanky, depending on their breeding.

I'm going with TB crossed with a National Show horse or American Saddlebred.

    Beautiful horse, btw

I had a pure gaited horse whose gaits were just like any other horse- not a sign of an amble anywhere in him. Kind of a weird one...

Haha well he is actually a QUARTER HORSE! XD the last seller told me he is a quarter horse. He definitely has the butt :p...he could be an appendix....but idk. He was very hyper that show day since it was his first one and he pooped and neighed every 10 min and he had his head up a lot :P so idk. I hope he is appendix! Because I want to jump and do hunters!

My vote would still have been Standardbred cross. Funny how that is.

I would have guessed a small TB or appendix like several others ;)

Regardless of whether he is appendix, or not, he has decent build to do some jumping...he is pretty nicely conformed, what ever breed/breeds he is

My mare is part Walker, and not gaited, so just because he doesn't gait doesn't mean he couldn't be part gaited horse.

If you don't have his registration papers, and no way to get them, there is really no way of knowing his true heritage anyway...

Yeah being part Appendix doesn't make him automatically a jumper. Any breed can jump well. I have seen Quarter Horses jumping into some finals. My horse is an Appendix and he can't jump to save his life. He doesn't even jump a pole 2 inches off the ground without really forcing him.
