    Green Broke
    Ermine spots will not fade.

If she's just a yearling, my guess would be she's a Paint. Though she's looking pretty tall and leggy for a Paint, so possibly a gaited breed? (very upright neck).

I was thinking a gaited breed, also.

My first thought was a spotted saddlebred, or saddlebred cross

    WOW I had no idea

Honestly that breed never occurred to me if she is how tall could she get to be ... WOW I had a Belgian Draft Paint cross and she was huge, that is tall and wide lol but ....just wow I didn't think here in Oklahoma I would come across that but I guess you never know, she is about 14 hands tall right now at the yearling age and she is super legs lol and she knows how to use them lol. Thanks Everyone if ya have any more guesses as to what she is let me know

Paints can only be QH or QH crossed with Thoroughbred.
Any other combination is a Pinto which is a color registration, not a specific breed.

I really don't know if she is a paint but she is a 14 hand yearling, I DID have the vet out and she DID age her, but she couldnt tell me the breed either. She could be anything!

Bay tobiano with some sabino thrown in there for good measure. The black markings are ermine marks which are indicative of a tobiano being homozygous for the trait/gene. Be a good idea to have her tested for her black homozygousity (if she's out of a black or bay sire/dam combo) and for agouti. Might be shocked what it tells you!

Hey you're in Oklahoma too? :)
Saddlebreds aren't "rare" here, so don't be so surprised if she is one LOL
