Ok - here they are - today Bran is 10 months in foal... she is definitely starting to baloon out. I let her run around the indoor with her baby sister today and she can still get it on and gallop and is feeling pretty good about it - trying to do happy bucks when running around

Please excuse her unsightly posture in the picture from the front - she normally doesn't stand with her front feet together like this. In that picture the belly really shows now.

-That is VERY true!! She always looks like she is sleeping all the time, but then I wake her up have her run around a little and she gets warmed up - she gallops and bucks at the same time LOL - she just did that today.. crazy mare LOL - then I got on her bareback and rode her around and she was just being a really good girl...

UPDATE - Brandy will be 11 months in foal in 4 days..

    Hi,
I thought I would share how my 4 legged "Zeppelin" Brandy is doing. She is still in foal, but I think the baby has got to come out any day now.. I personally think she has been holding it in because the weather has been so funky in Chicago. One say it's in the 60ties and sunny, next day it's 35 and it snows.. Mother Nature just can't seem to make up her mind. Anyways Brandy's udder is getting pretty big, she's not waxing yet, but the udder is pretty full.. On April 29th it will be 11 months since she has been bred. She was moved about 2.5 weeks ago into a "birthing suite" - has got nice big stall with a private paddock and she can go outside any time she wants. One thing we noticed all last week she really did not want to drink much water, but as of yesterday she drinks 1-2 buckets of water.. maybe it's a sign? Anyway here are few pictures on how she is looking now
