Whats the largest pony you would breed with a sec a?

Hi I have a welsh section a that's recently foaled I want to out her on foal again next year after foals weaned etc but wanted something a little bigger maybe cobby or something around 13.2? Would she manage this? It would be her second foal an had no problems at all with this one? Thanks

I don't know if this will help, but my 13.1hh had a 15.2hh gypsy vanner x friessan stallion cover her and there were no problems :)
