You cant say a horse is a breed without having proof.

I would call your horse a Grade horse/pony.

Some horses have certian breed characteristics. Some are so distinct that you can tell off the bat what it is. It also depends on what area you are and where the horse came from. Here in tennessee the likly chances are it is a quarter horse or a cross if it does not gait. it all depends. Like was said it is considered a Grade horse. If gaited a Saddle horse. If trotting it is a Quarter Type Grade. Pretty horse by the way.

He appears to have certain characteristics associated with Morgans, so I will say a Morgan cross. He's cute btw.
