Smile Am I the only Fell Pony owner on here?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone else on here owned a Fell Pony or am I the only one who owns such a great breed of pony?

They are a native British breed and possibly the most wonderful pony breed in the whole world but then I am biased lol.

The woman I work for has a registered fell pony mare that I have been helping to train. So, I don't really own one, but I know and ride one.

Here is a picture of her from a couple of years ago-

They are just as expensive as a Friesian.

There is a member on here named ChyAut I think that's it and she has a Fell Pony named Harley and he is darling.

Yes, they do tend to be quite expensive and difficult to find especialy the proper chunky type.
Rileynbob she's beautiful and very shiny!
My Norman is a fell pony and a sweetheart, but he is also rather stubborn and thinks very highly about himself lol. Which I think may be a common trait in Fell Ponies! He is also very clever and manages to undo all sorts of locks and bolts put on his stable door!

There is a lady at my barn who has two fell ponies, a mare and a gelding. Both were imported. She competed at the national pony cup in Ohio with them this past year in Dressage and did very well.

My riding school bred and showed them. They have Rivington Prince Charming who qualified for HOYs and I can tell you is a fabulous looking pony stallion. I've ridden several fells and fell crosses, good looking and sturdy horses.
