any idea on a breed and a color on this mare

this is a mare i am adopting from a rescue so they don't know a breed on her , i think she may be gaited but we are not sure on that . i was also thinking she was a chocolate chestnut what do you guys think thanks

She looks like a darker Chestnut to me. I have no idea on breed though, she may just be a mutt!

Arab mix. Longer back. So not sure of other half. Sorry double post. Just had to look one more time. Saddle looks a bit wrong.

I would just call her a chestnut or maybe a dark chestnut and her her entire hind end screams Arabian to me. She may be full or cross, it is hard to really see her face since she's looking the other way. She's a pretty looking girl.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog:
