I would say she has a lot of cob in her and considering she is from Ireland it is more then likely she has some cob in her and mayve a little connemara because of the shape of her head, I doubt she has suffolk punch in her as even in the UK they are probably rarer then Paint horses. BTW american horses, paints, appys and qhs are becoming more common, appaloosa more then the others tough.

Definatly agree with the colored cob people here. That horse has WAY too much feather to be belgium or suffolk. My other guess would be shire or clyde crossed with a something else.

Actually paints/pintos/coloured horses are quite common. Maybe some irish draft? I agree with some of cob breed

She is exactly the body double of one of my riding buddies' welsh cob x tb. Her mare was seal brown with the white markings, but had the same head, feathering and everything. So that would be my guess.
