Any info on what type of Arabian I have

  1. I am fostering a purebred Arabian mare and adopting her baby- a Friesianxarabian. She has papers and I was wondering what type of Arabian like Egyptian or polish or russian etc- her bloodlines are and how good her papers are as far as bloodlines go. She is CW SchugarTym. (my baby momma) :) reg number 0558098 is that all the info any of you need to tell me about her ? She will be up for adoption after my filly is weaned.

I don't know if anybody here has access to the AHA data source. Do you have her papers in hand?
If so, if you can give us her parents and all grandparents, I can put her on allbreedpedigree which then gives me more ancestors and I can give you more insight

Is the spelling right? Her name really SCHUGARTYM? Or is it SugarTym? Don't want to put false info on, lol

Another question

Which ones are Crabbett or polish or Egyptian so I can start recognizing the names with bloodlines- and is she predominantly more one line than other ?

I would call her " domestic bred", since most if not all of her ancestors are early imports.

Bask is Polish.

Possible. That would require sitting down doing some serious math, lol

The farther you go back in the pedigree, the more you'll see certain names pop up. Fadl is very present back there, he's Egyptian. Skowronek...considered Crabbet, but is Polish. "Ansata" prefix is Egyptian. Ofir Polish.
If you start Googling these very present names, you'll get some good info. Lot's of history, way too much to write in a forum post
Google will lead you to some breeder's websites which have ' foundation's horses listed, often more than one you're looking for, with information about them.
Warning: once you get into that, there's no looking back. It's fascinating
