Any Thoughts on Her Breed? Morgan? Cross?

This is my mom's new mare we just adopted from the SPCA. She came from a big herd of Morgans and Morgan crosses, so we know she's at least a Morgan cross, we just aren't too familiar with the breed so I was hoping I could get some insight from y'all. Do you think she could be pure Morgan? Or a cross? And if she's a cross, what would you think it'd be with?
Not that it really matters much to us, we're just curious.
Belle is 12 years old and somewhere around 15.1hh.

Sorry the pictures might not be the best, if more are needed I can take some tomorrow, just let me know!

Thanks for any and all help!

I can see the Morgan, then the admixture is lengthening & thinning (neck, head, smaller eye cages, less bone to the legs, sparser mane & tail, etc), so I'd go with TB.

Thank you guys!
She is a real sweetie, we love her already!

Thanks for the input Northern! I wouldn't have even thought of a TB, but now that you mention it I suppose I could maybe see that, hmmm

Any one else have any thoughts?

I can see either Quarter Horse or Thoroughbred in her. She is really cute! Good luck with her

I'd say Morgan and an Appendix bred Quarter Horse or Thoroughbred too! I have a ? horse also and we have come to the conclusion QH/Morgan. I see a similarity in the head with my gelding, especially between the nasal bone and the nostril, same jaw bars. Mine is much shorter, bummer, at 14.2hh so TB is in yours somewhere! Do they have any pedigree information on the other horses rescued? Possible stud breed in with the herd? Good job on the adoption! Once you get her into shape she'll be a looker, nice long neck, and her mane and tail will be the envy of all!

You can get a lot further with a ladder than you can with crutches!!
What do you mean what do I mean?

My guess is Morgan/QH. I used to own one and have ridden several others and she is dead on what they looked like.

Yeah, you guys are probably right, the more I look at her the more I can definitely see it being either QH or TB easily. Who knows, maybe it was an Appendix.
When I first saw her I felt like it was probably QH but then I felt a lot less sure and now I feel like the more I watch her the more I see little things that remind me an awful lot of my TB, I could easily see it going either way, so I suppose I'll figure she's at least one of those. Interesting either way!

Thank all you guys a ton for the input! Belle is grateful too! Just look at that lovely smile!
