Is this an Appaloosa?

I wasn't sure if it was an appy or a roan QH. I apologize in advance for my ignorance.

I think it's a roan. No mottle-ing on the nose and around the eyes and it dosn't have any striped hooves..

It was the non-striped hooves that threw me too. I mean, on this one you can really see it.
