Actually, there are more pictures of her under my profile. I forgot about that. If you click on Moon under my horses, you'll see some pictures of her without the saddle.

First picture is a 17 year old appendix gelding. He is reg. AQHA but had alot of throughbred in his bloodlines. His great grandpa was Northern Dancer.! He was the sweetest guy.!!! I could put anyone on him and he was an angel with them.! Second one is a 5 year old appendix gelding. Very sweet boy.! For a 5 year old hes one of the best.!! Will do anything i ask.! I love the appendix because they are very very versatile.! Because they have the throughbred ability but yet the quarter horse.

Love them!I have a friend. He is a trainer & horse breeder. His breeding program is just that breeding appendix QH.I have spent alot of time at his barn so been around & handled several of his horses & seen them in training. His horses are versatile, have a wide market selling as big ranch horses, track pony horses, barrel racers to the English riding jumping & dressage. He stands has 3 studs, 2 are AQHA other a TB.His broodmares are also both AQHA & TB.He has a goal in mind of the type of horses he wants to produce & over the years has seen what crosses work for him.. He has been successful in his program in my eyes

I love my appendix/sabino paint. He is the best horse and all around eventer. He's the one horse I can count to suit both an experienced rider and an unexperienced one. He was my first horse and my very special boy.

I have a big appendix. They are good horses but depends on what you want to use one for. They make great english riding horses and also barrel horses. I also wanted to tell you that they aren't all the same....my friend's appendix and mine are brothers and he obviously has more tb in him...very nervous and colics all the time. My guy has more of the qh mind...calm and very sweet. My advice for a 1st horse is don't just take the first one you come acrossed. Look around alot and make sure its a horse that you can learn on and continue to grow with for years to come. Have fun with it..theres so many great deals right now.
