You might get a horse that can only go 3', 3'6" or you might get a horse who want to do 4', 4'6" you never know. If the horse is built nicely, then the possibilites are endless!
Exactly, there was a paint/welsh pony at my barn that was just under 13.2 hh and easily jumped 3'6" jumper courses. She was also a short stirrups and medium pony hunter champion. However, she was a ridiculously fabulous pony, super easy to ride as well.
