    Those white parts do tend to stay gray! Blu, your horse looks pretty bright, how do you do it?

    As far as varnish goes, I don't think he has any roaning spots on his face, so would that nix the varnish?

    It's possible the varnish just hasn't got there yet. If it was classic roan I'd expect it to extend right up his neck.

    This whole "Name the color/pattern of my horse" game is getting really confusing! Nobody even mentioned the word SNOWCAPPED! Ah boy! Good thing he is just so **** cute, it truly doesn't matter!

    Blu, I can see some of the dusty spots, but overall your horse's white is pretty bright (or is it trick photography) my monitor calibration could be off! I will be looking for some tricks this summer to keep those whites white.

    How about a snowcap, varnish roan???
