Exclamation Arabian Bloodlines? HELP!

Alright, so I'm looking at a 6 month old Colt as my next major project.
However, he is Arabian, and I was told he has very good lines.

But I have always owned or trained Thoroughbreds and Warmbloods, I am super uneducated in the Arabian department. I've ridden and shown several nices one though, so I'm more familiar with the traits than I am with the heritages.

Here is his sire's lineage:
Cz Tashiga Arabian

Sire's name is CZ Tashiga & I was told he is a Regional Arabian English Country Pleasure Champion.

The colt's dam is out of a lifetime nominated NSH stallion Samors A Fire (by Pro Fire).
His dam is 3/4 Arabian and 1/4 Saddlebred.

So therefore the Colt has some slight Saddlebred in him.
He is a gorgeous colt, and I'll post pictures soon. I'm looking at him for Hunters or some Jumpers down the road, depening obviously on how he ages. But I figure if I get him this young, I will have a lot of time to work with him and do things with him before I even sit on his back, which will give me such an advantage further down the road.

THANKS!!

Hi there, I'm a long-time Arabian junkie, and pedigree hound! What a who's who of the Arabian world he has, I love it, super-nice and I love the fact he has so many of the great sires in his pedigree! Awesome! He DOES have VERY good lines.

So.....*Kluszyn was a Polish horse, a lot of the Polish horses are extremely athletic. *Malikitoa was a gorgeous Spanish import, hard to beat the Spanish horses for beauty. *Marsianin is Russian (actually the Russian horses are a blend of Egyptian and Poilish, Aswan was Egyptian and *Magnoliaa was from Poland), Gdansk is quite a legend, he was a national champion park horse, he was Polish. And *El Mudir was another Polish import and I believe he also was a national champion in either park or English pleasure. A lot of performance horses in that pedigree, and most all were English performance horses. And *Bask probably needs no introduction, a super-legend and national champion halter and park horse extraordinaire! And the dam's sire, Pro Fire was a *Bask son, and also had Comet in his pedigree (Polish), again major English performance lines there.

I'm sure he will excel at almost anything, Arabians are very versatile, but he may have more tendencies toward saddleseat with that pedigree, but that is just being general, each horse is an individual. But some of the horses in his pedigree have a higer set-on neck, more suitable for saddle seat. But, that being said, seeing as you are getting him young you can get him going nice and round and low.....I actually prefer hunt seat myself, and I think Arabians just take to it so naturally.

Looking forward to seeing photos of your boy!
