Ah, unfortantely you have a long hard journey in front of you if you want to complete this. The Arabian registeries are EXTREMELY particular about paperwork and they need EVERY bit of in place before they will proceed.
If she's still in the breeder's name, you may be able to get ahold of them and have them sign the transfer on her paper's, which would make it legal for you to transfer her papers.
Because she's still in their name, even if you have a bill of sale from the previous owners, you will need a signed document from her orginial breeders stating that they did indeed sell that horse to the party that you bought it from.
I just went through this with two of my Arabians, and it took me almost a year and a half to get it sorted out, but it finally did happen.
So, unfortantely, you are going to have to contact her orginial breeders. Tell them your story and see if they'll just sign the papers for you. |
