Breed Opinions?

Hi there to the community of Horse Forum!
I have a beautiful 12 year old, seal bay minimal sabino, 13hh Gelding, I got him years ago as a childhood pony, and then I didn't care about what he was, I was getting a pony! I am 18 now, I got him when I was about 13, and he is unpedigreed and I found in his old sales papers says "Hackney Type" and the friend who found him for us told us he was a Hackney X Morgan.

Which to me makes since because of his colors,
The way I know he is Sabino is, even though he has what seems to be normal legs and face markings, up close they are jagged and rough, also he has a speckled, sabino like chin white, as well as a, about 3" diameter white spot just above his gential area on his under belly. But anyway, what I was getting as is Hackneys are known to be commonly Sabino, and Morgans are so common in the area since we are in NH on the direct border of Vermont (where the Morgan was born) so yea,

I guess what I am asking is, just by his conformation, what do you think?

Thanks In Advance!

I don't anymore, I have outgrown him, He actually does Agility now, He loves Jumping!

He definitely favors the Morgan side. Do you have any plans for him?

Not Exactly a Children's Pony!

Not much besides the Agility, He is doing good with it.
I would love to drive him, but he would not be good personality wise, he is extremely unpredictable, he recently took up the idea of rearing in the middle of a even trot. He is really a one person horse, I expect from his Morgan Side.
He will only work with me, I have gentled him since we got him from a abusive home, and would not get near anybody for more than a year, I didn't give up on him. But he still has his issues, and up points, He is so lovey to me, he rubs you with his muzzle and is in your pocket, the vet said he was to smart for his own good, hence the reason our gates and doors have to be triple locked!
But I love him so much, It has taken years to get him to let me walk up to him in the pasture and halter him, he does it now, but on a 1 to 10, 10 being spirited, 1 being bombproof, he like a 9.5, Not exactly the children's pony we where promised years ago!

Favors Morgan in the head and neck and I see Hackney in the body. I would call the assumption of Morgan Hackney to be correct.

I don't know what Hackneys are like personaility wise, but sounds like he sure didn't get the Morgan temperment.

Definitely hackney like. Every hackney I have met, including the "kid broke" ones have a few screws loose. He definitely has that hackney look about him too
