Defiantly Not! he is so loving to me though, hes a one person horse like Morgans tend to be. when he is calm, he loves just resting his head on me and I rub his neck and ears.

He could be Morgan. Not a Lippitt Morgan, but the Modern bred .
My Morgan (lippitt) was quite particular about whom rode him. If he decided that the person riding him was ' not worthy' he would jump up all 4 feet off the ground buck and spin, hit the ground, squeel , and do this running bucking ballet. I loved that horse !!

I would agree with him being a Morgan Hackney cross. His personality would come from the Hackney side. I have a friend who used to train roadster ponies, and they were all jerks. I hate stereotyping a breed, but I have yet to meet a Hackney that wasn't either mean or a little nuts.
