I'd say QH/Paint too. The QH I ride has a bit of a roman nose, I think they're cute. :) I love your boy's mane by the way.

My guess is paint because I personally think his butts too small and his head too big for quarter horse....just my opinion though

Definitely frame white which is an overo pattern. It looks like splash is there as well. Definitely stock type horse. Paint is a breed when heritage is unknown I usually call them pinto instead. But paint is more commonly used. What a lovely horse and well conformed too!

I see some TWH too....smallish bum from the side view coupled with a slightly oversized, though not quite TWH-shaped, head. Definitely pretty pony either way!

The shoulders and the set of the neck certainly point towards quarter horse. The prominent withers and back definitely look thoroughbred. Is there any chance he has a bit of something heavier in him, which might have given him the slightly heavier head and well rounded quarters? Does he grow feathers?

Paints are a breed based on basically QH and Thoroughbred horses of color and have their own registry. To be registered they have to be PaintxPaint or PaintX accepted and registered QH or TB. Pinto is a color pattern and various breeds with acceptable pattern can be accepted into the registry. He looks QH to me and that says likely Paint because of the coloring.
