Brred I am looking into

I so love this breed and have been looking into starting the process of importing one at some point in time for future breeding. I find this breed to be gorgeous as a riding and as well as a driving breed.

Very cool horses. Where are they from originally?

Normandy Cob history goes back to the Bidet horse a tough breed. Romans crossed the bidet to create a suitable war horse as well as tough enough for farm work.
Normandy cob is not an actual breed as it is a type.
They are a french bred horse.

Gorgeous horses. What is the process of importing a horse, just tons of paperwork and logistics? Just curious!

I love all horses, but have a soft spot for the big guys, to be honest! Probably because I grew up with Saint Bernards, and the horses my "uncle" had for hayrides were draft crosses - they kinda looked like grey Percherons chopped off at the knees, and had back broad enough to set a table on!
