I agree with toosleepy, she looks like QH and her face markings say paint. I really dont think there is any arabian in her.

The first pic of her trotting I thought arab cross but the others didn't look at all araby to me, and the more I look at the arab pic i think not arab. But she doesn't look totally quarter horse to me. Maybe a little pony, like 1/4 or something. Not sure. I'd do english with her. With out a winter coat and some more muscle development she would scrub up really nice.

I would guess QH/Morgan or QH/TB maybe. She is very cute. I love that her face marking is crooked and off to one side, it is very unique. I think she would probably be pretty good at anything she tried.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog:

Thanks for all the replies, it's interesting to see what everyone thinks! She is pretty small, only about 14.2. I was thinking paint when I bought her, because of the blaze, and she has a pretty distinct sclera (that's a common things with paints, i think?). But when she moves I see arab, but then I thought her head/neck looked morgan . Haha, so as you can tell, I'm all confused! Anyways, enlish then...hmm I've never ridden english. I was planning on doing gaming with her, she's got some zip to her. Maybe we'll dabble in some english down the road . I actually bought her with intentions of a buy-feed-train-sell... but of course have become attached....we'll see what happens this summer! This could be interesting: how much do you think I paid for this lil gal?

I honestly don't see anything else other than the QH. Looks like he has a big stride but it's not that unusual even in the QHs. I think all it might mean "QH cross" is that there might be a slight breed change somewhere along the line that kept your horse out of the papers but I wouldn't be surprised if you were to find out it's mainly QH.

Not all quarter horses are stout. Many of them look just like TBs now.
