In general, they're fairly docile and gentle to work with, but they're still horses - if they're not trained, or they're not handled properly, you'll run into problems.

Aw good! I guess having a quick bond with a clydesdale would kinda resure you won't get trampled as much

I got to sit on my Farriers clydes and he didn't even flick an ear when I got on him. And I half jumped on him because he was still high up even after standing on the wagon. Lol it was a long reach and he didn't care. And they hadn't been ridden at all I really think.

Of course you must be careful of how big they are but you do with all horses they all have incredible strength but think of it like buying any other horse if he's not very well mannered and you don't think you can handle him then don't buy him but yer its pree much all been said :)

Yeah. First I have to convince my parents into another 1000$ to buy him or even just look at him.

Clydesdales are amazing! I have a Clydesdale cross, he looks more of a clydy tho. I only got him about 2 months ago, when he arrived he acted like he had been here all his life. He is calm, friendly with everyone and has the sweetest nature. I sit outside and read, and he just stands there with his head over my shoulder the whole time hehe, but he doesnt understand personal space yet, he's only 2 but loves to be close to you ;p and they learn quickly!
I was at a heavy horse show the other day, and every clydesdale just stood there perfectly. Very calm
