Smile Conformation Critique Please? :)

So, I'm a new horse owner and this is my roughly 15hh (give or take) paint gelding, Apache. We bought him from my trusted lesson instructor, but he doesn't have any papers and I'm not even sure what breed he is.. :S

But, I would like some constructive criticism on his conformation :) I know there not the best photos but there the only ones I have for the moment. Will post some more as soon as they are taken

Fire away!

P.S Yes I know his head collar isn't on properly, I was in the process of cleaning his face and it was getting in the way. Apologies if you fear for my safety!

The pictures arent the greatest like you said, however one thing I notice right of the bat is how upright he looks in the shoulder, I don't know if its because he is grazing or not, but he shoulders don't have a very good angle. Also, in his hind legs his hoof and pastern ankles don't match, the hoof angle is a little steeper, but the pastern angle isnt bad. He also looks like he is toed out in the hind which probably means he is also cow hocked. He also looks slightly over at the knee in the front legs but not too bad. Overal he isnt a bad looking horse, nothing that looks majorly wrong. Cute face!
