After I look the photos of your horse, I would say it is Paso Fino.

I would have to say, the confo and the head do look Paso FIno but it is NOT gaiting in any of the pics and the hair on the legs looks a little heavy to be Paso.

The short back and hindquarter configuration's got be stumped, but the head definitely looks like one of those Spanish breeds.

EDIT: Looking at him more, I'm seeing a lot of Morgan in him.... I do know a Tennessee Walker that looks a lot like him too.

hm, well i dont know. the bottom pictures stump me but the top ones i can definitely see the tb. the long lean narrow body with the narrow shoulders and the deep body.
