Perhaps she is a quarter/connemera cross? If I were to guess I'd say she was a quarter/pony cross... where the pony part is anyone's guess. Those look like professional pictures. They are very good, and you don't look at all goofy. ^_^

Looks like a nice girl, no matter what she is. Are you having fun with her?

Yup, professional pictures from www.curve27.com She is a great photographer - does all of the hunt photos. I'm not ripping someone off if that's what you think, I've actually purchased a few photos from her And thanks - I do look like a goof, but I love laughing at myself. Hmm, maybe she is a quarter pony cross!

She is a love. Yeah, I have lots of fun on her - its kind of been a game of clue with her. I hardly know what she did before I started riding her. All I know is that she possibly hunted in Virginia for some time. Its been really fun working with her - she's taught me a lot (about fox hunting for one) and about being patient :)

If you ask me she is a QH. Short stockish and a broadish head. It doesn't mater what breed she is pretty!

I think she is probably a cross bred. Part QH and a pony of some sort. Although sometimes you can't tell exactly some crossbreds don't look like either breed they are crossed with!!!! :)

Oh, and you two look lovely together!!! I would love to try foxhunting but I don't think anyone does it here in Australia and if they do it's not very well known cause i've never heard of it here!!!! LOL!

    Awww, thanks guys.

Yeah - fox hunting is a lot of fun! This past fall and spring was my first season. The pony pretty much taught me how to go though, I was really thankful that she was my mount on some of those rides! We just do drag hunting, meaning that there isn't a real live fox involved. Instead, there is a trail laid with fox urine and glycerine (to weigh it down) that the hounds follow.

She does look like she has some Connemara in there somewhere. Whatever breed she is, she's beautiful.

You both look fabulous together. Great pictures. You look like a perfect partnership.

Awww, thanks meggy. She is a lot of fun to work with. I only lease her, but for the past year I think she and I have both come a long way. It's been fun.

Yeah - I see more Connemara in her when she jumps, and when she stands all pretty. But when she is being kind of ... well, unattractive shall I say, she looks more quarter horsie. (i don't mean that qh are ugly - I luff them, its just when she is being a pain in the butt she looks like a qh haha.)

I'll try and take some more conformation shots later this week, get a better look at her bone structure and stuff.
