Dunskin or Buckskin?

He is a hell of a lot bigger now, but he has his winter coat right now so I can't tell at the moment.

What do you think?

He's a buckskin, unless he has a distinct dorsal stripe.

Now you guys gotta know he is only 2 days old, he doesn't even have his black stockings yet at this time.

IBHA ABRA say he's a buckskin... But curious if buckskins ever matured into a dunskin since he has slowly became a good bit darker.

sorry for not having images to show that.

At least one parent MUST be a dun... some horses look like they have a dorsal stripe because of countershading, but duns will also have primitive markings (stripes on the legs, and over the shoulder).
