This is a bit left field but, quarter horse.

I know he doesnt look traditionally quarter horse but I have a quarter horse who is more streamline like a tb.

Or, a mustang?

Yes he is a quarter horse!! I know he doesn't look at all like one, when I first say him I thought he was a tb or at least part tb, but he's not.

Quarter horses can have a lot of TB breeding in them. I bet if you checked his 5 gen pedigree you'll see a lot of TB influence! =)
