Looks like a welsh/arab mare I had as a kid.

Looks like she's got a molted muzzle, so I'd say Appy cross of some sort, or POA.

I was going to say Welsh or Connemara. She's pretty! I don't see any mottling tho, maybe some fleabitten grey there.
