I will have a go, mind you I have trouble distinguishing Quarter horses and Thoroughbreds.
My first guess is part Thoroughbred, just because the neck looks very typical of the breed (at least to me it does).
Maybe Paint. I really dont know, haha, i need to work on distinguishing breeds.

If I am not riding I'm thinking about horses, and if I am not thinking about horses I'm riding

Haha I have never known anyone to guess QH..
QH and TB are the two most commonly guessed breeds when trying to guess a horses breed and paint is a bit obvious :P

I would say either mustang or kiger mustang. He's cute!

Mustang is not a bad guess!!! Kiger mustang's are known to have a very dominant color genetic so I dought that, also they are not built like he is.

Paint likely, QH not at all.

Paint yes, Arab not even a little

I think you have an arab/qh. His conformation looks very typical of this crossing, and I've seen a few of them. I've also seen a few mustangs, and while you see almost ANYTHING come out of a mustang herd now, kigers still seem to have a standard. He does not look kiger at all to me. Not in the slightest. EVERYTHING about him almost (for lack of other words) screams refined breeding to me. He's a very nice horse! Mustangs (though I love them to bits, they are my favorites after PRE horses) are much more rugged.

He could be a paint/tb as paints are simply quarter horses with color. That's my second guess (appendix qh). But first is definitely arab quarter horse. He looks just like one I used to know, well similar.

Most Paints come from QH breeding. They are a stock horse developed from colored QHs primarily though there are other breeds factored in. At this point any registered horse has to have at least one registered paint parent and can have a registered (and accepted) QH or TB as a parent. Your horse looks to have more QH influence. Is he registered or not?
