Question Hackney? Maybe Hackney Cross?

Tonight, I brought home Maleficent. I always wanted to name a black mare that ever since I saw Sleeping Beauty as a kid. Calling her Mally for short. She is a really pretty little black pony mare, about 13.2 or 13.3hh. I will have to wait until the farrier gets her feet back to a normal length before I measure her to be sure.

Here are the pics I took of her this afternoon when I got her groomed a little. If anyone here is familiar with hackneys, I was wondering if she could be one or possibly a cross? Not that it really matters, I am just curious.

And a short video of her trotting

She doesn't look like she has very hackney-ish features to me.
I would expect her neck to be put on much higher, her to have a daintier head and smaller ears.
I would love to see her again once she's been fattened up though!
