How Well Do You Know Your Breeds?

Just for fun, I wanted to see how well people could tell a horse's breed. I am going to post some pictures of my three horses, and then see who can guess what breed they are. Give reasons with your answers, and feel free to point out any faults that you notice or good points that you notice. After the guessing is over, I'll post what breeds they really are :) Enjoy!

Horse 1: The dark bay/black gelding
Horse 2: The buskskin gelding (This horse has only been in training for one year, so go easy on judging his under-saddle skills)
Horse 3: The bay mare

What breed are they?

Great try! You have 1/3 correct, but I won't say which one yet. I don't want to ruin it for everyone else. You were also close on one of the others.

I've been looking up random breeds trying to see if own horse might have something else besides quarter horse...I could be completely off, but eh--it's worth a guess :)

I second the above!
1. TB or maybe a WB
2. Paso
3. Arabian

All three are lovely!

Green Broke
1-TB (just looks like he is built that way.)
2-Connemara (not too sure...just came to me.)
3-Arabian (everything about her screams Arab - the tail, long bridle path, fine bone structure etc.)

1. Draft cross (Shire?), maybe with warmblood in him, but most likely Shire/TB. Has a very nice jump...

2. New Forest Pony

2. Arabian
