i don't know the sire's lineage in my 4yo Paint (half) mare!

what could she be!

Details about her:
  • 4 years old, not built out yet, but since i've got her she's filled out A LOT.
  • her dam is a purebreed Paint
  • she's a very bright colored "halo" paint
  • shes about 15'3
  • she has flat feet.
  • she's pretty leggy, and somewhat narrow (her front end is, big butt though)
  • she is not gaited at all, rides smoother
  • has very good speed
  • also is a natural for jumping
  • thick mane and tail
  • very fuzzy
  • her nostrils seem to square up when excited, exercising, etc.
really need some help trying to figure out what her other half is!!

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!

Btw she is bleached out in the one picture, she is naturally jet black.
She is also the horse in my profile, the pinto.

I thought all paints did that?

^ apparent on the bottom of his barrel

^ apparent on the neck

Or am I thinking of something different?

I was thinking of a paint in a Master Chief suit killing some aliens.

If you do not know the sire's lineage, and have no papers on the mare, there is little way to tell by a description of your horse, sorry.

In this case, all I can say is she's a pinto.

Sometimes I wrestle with my demons. Sometimes we just snuggle.

I would say her pattern is Tobiano from the picture. You can get DNA testing done if you want to know her breeding.. not sure of the cost though. She sounds lovely and should make you a very nice horse..and that's what matters when you put the saddle on.;)
