I'd say a test for HYPP is in order. There are 4 lines with a likely fifth going back to Impressive. Obvious Conclusion was a pretty well known halter horse. I don't remember the awards but he was standing in the barn I kept my saddle horses in when I was in TX. He was retired from competetion due to an injury when they made the switch from halter to performance. Coosa I recognize which says for me he stood out for some reason.
